The setting was great. The staff were really affable. We appreciated the restaurant, where the breakfast was served.

We did not want to leave, the stay was really great.

This apartment is a lovely base for staying in Porto. Great location close to all the facilities ; it's not far from the Metro, train station and plenty of cafe/restaurants as well as excellent restaurants and tourist highlights. My thanks to all amiable staff members. I 100 % recommend this place to all looking for a venue offering a SUCH GREAT experience.

Everything great, lots of bars and restaurants for breakfast. I had fast check-in. The stay was such great and I would definitely recommend to all to stay there.

The staff was friendly, and the location near the river with fancy bars and coffee shops was amazing.

The apartment had a modern design and the bed was really comfortable. the location was great, with plenty of good restaurants nearby.

That there was no cleaning service or garbage collection, so we had to take care of it ourselves, which can be inconvenient for longer stays. Another issue was the self-check-in process, where we had to leave cash for taxes on the table, which was a bit odd and could have been handled differently.

The location here is fantastic, close to wonderful restaurants and the town center, everything is amazing.

I really got great value for my money at Porto Downtown Living - Picaria Apartments. The room was brand new, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore Porto on foot. The staff, especially Ms. Marta, was amazing, providing excellent support and recommendations throughout my stay.

One small improvement for the hotel breakfast would be to have some additional condiments like oil and salt readily available in the kitchen.

The rooms in this place were just like the pictures - modern and fully equipped. The staff was really friendly and got us a fridge, an electric kettle, and a microwave oven. Plus, they were always helpful and nice 😊.

Great location near two metro stations, plenty of attractions, restaurants, and vibrant nightlife. The manager, Marta, was super friendly and always available. The recently renovated room was spotlessly clean with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Nearby the river and the University of Porto.
